Our team

Ismail Menguc, Owner and President of Demcor Inc. immigrated to United States from Turkey in 1986 after completion of a bachelor’s degree from Orto Dogu Technical University in Ankara, Turkey in PetroleumEngineering.  Menguc also holds a Master of Science degree in Ocean Engineering, and in Mechanical Engineering before entering the corporate arena in the automotive industry.  He held various executive positions in the Automotive industry both in engineering and sales.

After relocating to Tennessee, Menguc founded Demcor Inc. in 2011 to provide and support the local manufacturing industry with a creative and reliable pallet company. From the inception of the pallet business, his green vision was to rescue and refurbish as many scrap pallets from the local landfills as possible. This cornerstone idea quickly propelled the company forward in the local industry combined with his expertise in engineering to identify the best methods to produce consistent quality pallets for his customers. Menguc is passionate about conservation of wood resources and his goal is to deliver the best quality pallets on time at excellent cost while providing excellent customer service to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.
